Operations Specialist Short-Term Rental Turnover Management

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to help manage turnovers and day-to-day operations for a growing short-term and mid-term rental business based in Kentucky. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well, and enjoys coordinating teams, schedules, and guest readiness to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage property turnovers between guest stays Schedule and communicate with cleaners, maintenance staff, and vendors Ensure properties are cleaned, stocked, and guest-ready on time Review cleaner photos and verify quality standards Handle urgent operational issues and last-minute schedule adjustments Monitor property readiness using Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, and other systems Assist with inventory tracking and supply restocking Follow and improve operational SOPs Communicate with team members through Discord, messaging apps, and Hospitable Help maintain high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Perform occasional cleaning and assist with turnovers when necessary Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Attention to detail is critical Prior experience in hospitality, Airbnb operations, property management, hotel operations, or logistics is preferred Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, Turno, or similar systems is a plus Preferred Traits Fast responder and proactive communicator Reliable and highly accountable Able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously Comfortable handling occasional after-hours operational situations Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding hospitality company Flexible work environment depending on role structure If interested, please send: Your resume Relevant experience A short introduction about yourself Any experience with Airbnb or hospitality operations We're looking for someone who takes pride in operational excellence and can help us deliver consistently great guest experiences. • More hours available if you're open to staging furniture, hanging decor, and other tasks.
