Job Overview We are seeking candidates who are organized, have ample time, and pay attention to details to join our charging operation team. This position is mainly responsible for the backend monitoring, maintenance, operation data management, synchronization of external platform site information, and daily operations of the charging network system. Main Responsibilities Maintain and update backend data Monitor the operation status of the charging station network, promptly verify and report equipment failures and service abnormalities Be responsible for the real-time update, data verification, and digital record archiving of the charging station operation database Maintain and synchronize the site locations, operation status, and specifications on Google Maps and mainstream charging aggregation platforms Be responsible for maintaining related work, including backend maintenance and data organization Assist in optimizing the daily backend operation process to improve response and handling efficiency to issues

Qualifications:

Be able to devote sufficient time every day; possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Be proficient in mainstream office software and computer operating systems, and be able to quickly master new backend systems. Have excellent multitasking ability, pay attention to details and data accuracy. A stable network connection and a suitable remote working environment are necessary for efficient and independent work completion. Candidates with available time or basic understanding of the electric vehicle industry and smart charging networks will be given priority.
