Operations Support Specialist

Overview NEXT Construction Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual to assist in the support of daily operations for our safety teams. We offer an autonomous work environment for the self-reliant professional who can manage deadlines independently, bridge communication between field teams and office operations, and be proactive in providing real-time results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable & capable of overseeing administrative responsibilities with accuracy and urgency. Key Responsibilities Process & organize daily operational data from field crews. Review, track, and submit time & expense reports. Assist in compiling reports that support project operations. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry. Coordinate communication between field personnel and office management. Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Support operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving & follow through. Requirements Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a high-paced operations environment. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
