About Us:
Superior Waterblasting LLC is a growing pool demolition and pool remodel subcontracting company serving Tampa Bay and other areas of Florida. We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented office/admin person to help us get our office, paperwork, emails, insurance documents, job folders, and company systems organized. This is not just a basic receptionist position. We need someone who can help bring structure to a growing construction business. Responsibilities Include:
Organizing company emails and helping respond to basic customer/vendor messages Tracking invoices, unpaid balances, POs, and payment follow-ups Organizing job folders, addresses, work orders, photos, and project notes Helping prepare workers comp and general liability audit paperwork Collecting and organizing subcontractor COIs, W-9s, exemptions, and insurance documents Keeping employee and subcontractor files updated Helping organize QuickBooks documents and reports for our CPA/bookkeeper Creating and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and office procedures Helping organize information for both our current company and a new related company Communicating with insurance agents, CPA/bookkeeper, vendors, customers, and crew leaders as needed Helping build a clean filing system in Google Drive/office folders Assisting with scheduling support and general office organization Ideal Candidate:
Very organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with email, phone calls, documents, and follow-up Able to work independently without constant supervision Good with checklists, folders, paperwork, and keeping things organized Comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and basic office software Experience with construction, trades, pool companies, insurance paperwork, bookkeeping, office management, or project coordination is a big plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Experience That Would Be Helpful:

Part-time to start, around 15-25 hours per week. Schedule can be discussed. This may grow into more hours as the role develops. What We Need First:
The first 30-90 days will focus on cleaning up and organizing emails, insurance documents, subcontractor paperwork, job files, invoices, SOPs, and company systems. How to Apply:
