Part-Time Operations & Media Coordinator Rehearsal Room Tyler — Tyler, TX seeking a highly organized and dependable Part-Time Operations & Media Coordinator to support a growing live entertainment, media, and artist development company. This role combines operational organization with light media coordination and is ideal for someone who enjoys creative environments while also bringing structure and professionalism to fast-moving projects. Responsibilities Organize receipts, invoices, and operational records Help maintain schedules, calendars, and event coordination Assist with artist, venue, and sponsor communications Organize photo/video/media assets Help coordinate social media posting and content scheduling Maintain organized digital files and workflows Assist with bookkeeping preparation and administrative support Support live events and promotional activities as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable using spreadsheets, cloud storage, and digital tools Ability to manage multiple projects calmly and professionally Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content organization Experience with QuickBooks, Canva, photography, or video editing is a plus but not required Preferred Traits Positive attitude Self-starter Calm under pressure Interest in music, live events, media, or entertainment Comfortable in a creative and entrepreneurial environment Schedule Part-timeFlexible hours (estimated 8-15 hours/week initially) Compensation $25-30/hour depending on experience.
