In this position, you will partner closely with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to develop efficient work plans, maintain data accuracy, track progress, and mitigate risks. Experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance, or construction environments Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset Ability to lead discussions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities Proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution Nice toHave Skills:
Oil and gas industry experience SAP systems familiarity (training will be provided) Experience with work order and purchase order management Previous experience supporting maintenance and construction projectsPreferred Education and Experience:
Relevant experience in maintenance, scheduling, or project coordination Background in industrial or technical environments High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associates degree preferredOther Requirements:
