Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive the seamless execution of educational programs. This is an entry-level role with no minimum experience requirement. We are not looking for a resume. We are looking for someone organized, a strong writer, and sharp enough to read technical material and turn it into clear documentation. If you are still in school, whether high school or early college, and you want to see how a funded robotics startup actually operates, apply. What you'll do Operations and reporting: Prepare detailed monthly progress reports tied to program milestones and deliverables. Keep records of schedules, deliverables, procurement, and team updates organized and current. Track vendor orders, equipment logs, and procurement documentation. Take meeting notes, track action items, and maintain internal documentation. Help keep compliance records and program files in order.
Business development support:
Research potential customers, partners, and funding opportunities. Maintain outreach contact lists and help draft follow-up communications. Help put together one-pagers and capability summaries for external audiences. What we are looking for You write clearly and your work is organized. Those two things matter most. You read complex material, understand it, and can summarize it accurately. You follow through. Deadlines here are real. You are comfortable in Google Docs, Sheets, or Excel. No prior work experience required. Your academic record tells us what we need to know. How to apply If you are in high school , attach your most recent transcript, unofficial is fine, along with any relevant coursework from the past two years. AP courses, research classes, technical writing, anything that shows you can handle complex material and write about it. If you are in early college , attach your high school transcript showing advanced or AP coursework, along with your current college transcript. We read transcripts to understand how you think and whether you follow through, not to screen for a GPA cutoff.
