Location:

Hybrid - Rosemead, CA (2-3 days onsite per week) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst / Scheduler to support a large-scale technology program by developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated program schedules . This role is critical in ensuring schedule accuracy, visibility, and impact analysis across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project) and a background in program-level scheduling within technology or complex environments . Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Scheduling & Planning Develop, maintain, and enhance the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across the program Ensure all workstreams, dependencies, and milestones are accurately reflected Adjust level of detail to ensure full visibility into schedule impacts Schedule Analysis & Optimization Perform critical path analysis (CPM) and identify schedule risks and constraints Analyze schedule changes and assess program-wide impacts Provide recommendations to improve schedule accuracy and performance Program Support & Coordination Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment Support ongoing updates and maintenance of program schedules Assist in ensuring consistency across scheduling tools and methodologies Reporting & Visibility Generate schedule reports and insights for program leadership Support communication of schedule status, risks, and dependencies Contribute to overall program planning and performance tracking Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or program planning Demonstrated experience with: Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (required) Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and management Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis Program-level scheduling across multiple workstreams Experience working in: Technology programs or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Must be authorized to work in the US Work Schedule (Hybrid) Week 1 & 2: Onsite Thursday Week 3: Onsite Monday-Thursday Week 4: Onsite Thursday What We're Looking For Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage complex, multi-layered program schedules Strong communicator who can translate schedule data into actionable insights Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or large enterprise programs Experience supporting program controls or PMO functions Familiarity with schedule risk analysis and forecasting techniques Other Requirements Must reside in the Los Angeles area . Must be able to work on-site in Rosemead, CA at least 2 days per week . Reliable transportation required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS

Hybrid schedule with required in-office collaboration. Typical office environment with standard computer and desk setup. Occasional extended hours may be required to support urgent needs, meetings, or project deadlines.
