Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions

Duties:

Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with best project management practices. Track, analyze, and report project data to support teams in managing projects and reviewing weekly performance. Ensure accuracy of project schedules, maintain version control, identify potential delays, and facilitate timely interventions. Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity. Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, review forecasts, and assess progress to date; recommend actions to keep projects on track and within budget. Maintain project risk register to effectively manage risks and minimize impact on schedule, scope, and budget. Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, monitor action items, and support resolution with project managers.

Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC. Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools. Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle, or other ERP systems. Experience with construction management tools such as Procore.

Preferred:

Strong understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods, industrial-scale piping and power systems, and complex manufacturing workflows.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management.
