CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST AND SCHEDULER

Municipal Backflow is a world class backflow testing company for Northern Illinois and is seeking to hire a Customer Support Specialist, Scheduler and Sales Person. The perfect candidate must be ambitious, self-motivated, have excellent problem-solving skills, grounded in morals and ethics and disciplined! This is a virtual company meaning we all work from home; therefore, these skills are crucial for both our team and our customers. Communication and collaboration are top priority, so we require that you live no more than an hour or so drive from the Chicagoland area. This still allows us to have company meetings, dinners and training. Additionally, we are looking for long term, sincere applicants! This is a full-time position from 8-5 Monday through Friday.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent computer and phone skills are a must. Experience in CRM software and the ability to experiment and learn . Ability to multitask while holding a conversation with a customer. Assertive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, anticipate problems, adapt to the conditions, provide insight and recommendations, and maximize opportunities. Have sales experience or the ability to adapt and learn this industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

Make and field phone calls and emails. Scheduling appointments for backflow tests and repairs. Submitting documentation to regulating agencies. Maintain accurate records in the database. Build customer relations and acquire new business. Compensation /
