Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator - Weekend and Weekday evenings Coverage

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team for weekend and weeknight coverage. This role is essential in ensuring smooth patient scheduling, accurate documentation, and excellent patient service during weekend hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical administrative skills, excellent communication skills, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, a commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and experience with scheduling. Responsibilities Answer all calls on the weekend from clients and caregivers Answer all calls on weekday evenings Staff open shifts due to call outs or openings in the schedule by communicating with available caregivers Handle emergencies in a calm manner Appropriately seek supervisor assistance as necessary to effectively perform duties Demonstrate excellent organizational skills combined with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and data entry are essential. Demonstrate ability to provide outstanding client service with professional phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment.
