Schedule:
This is a full-time position. Specific work days and hours will be determined upon hire, will include weekends. Candidates must be available for training Monday through Friday and have flexibility to work an assigned schedule after training is complete. Regular office hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Scheduling Coordinator will be providing coverage outside of office hours at times.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining a positive relationship with caregivers and clients Providing staffing and scheduling services Match the needs of our clients with the personalities and talents of our caregivers Extensive computer and telephone work Frequent phone/email/texting interaction with caregivers, clients, and health care professionals Ideal candidate for this position: At least 2 years experience working in home care or in a scheduling / office administration position Enjoys working with a variety of people and personality types Organized and self-disciplined Empathetic to the needs of our caregivers and clients Team player Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast paced environment Is naturally analytical and can handle shifting priorities while working independently Fulfilled by helping seniors remain healthy and independent at home Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable working within scheduling software Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Flexible work from home options available.
