Trading Operations Associate

Position Summary Join a growing team as a Trading Operations Associate where your technical expertise directly shapes our investment philosophy. Located in our Kirkwood office, this full-time position offers a unique blend of operational rigor and strategic participation. You will manage trade requests and account auditing while contributing directly to Investment Policy Committee meetings and research. We are looking for a finance professional with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to master the securities industry and advance their career through supported development.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am

• Use and creation of audit tools to validate data accuracy proactively 3rd Party Relationship Manager (20%)
• Working with external technology providers to manage account integrations
• Subject Matter Expert for select vendors Investment policy committee meetings (10%)
• Investment research and recommendations
