Simply Green Landscaping About the Role We're looking for a reliable, organized team member to support our office and be the first point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on communication, scheduling, and coordination, helping ensure everything runs smoothly between our clients and our team. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in a timely, professional manner Return missed calls promptly Scheduling using Google Calendar and our CRM Enter and update client information in our CRM Route client questions to the appropriate manager when needed Follow up to ensure clients receive answers and next steps Assist with general office and administrative tasks What Success Looks Like Calls and messages are handled quickly and professionally Clients feel taken care of and informed Appointments are scheduled accurately Communication between clients and team stays clear and organized What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, clear and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once Positive, team-oriented mindset Comfortable using scheduling tools, email, and CRM systems Experience in customer service, scheduling, or office coordination is helpful.
