Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tech Support Scheduling Coordinator to schedule customer appointments for technical installations and repair services. This role serves as the main point of contact for coordinating service visits, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely support. Basic knowledge of Windows required. Excellent customer service skills, good attitude and dependability a must. This is an entry level position. Shift and weekend work required.
