Independent Roofing Lead Partner $1,000-$2,500 Per Signed Project Rapid City / Black Hills Independent Contractor Opportunity Apex Contracting is looking for independent lead partners who can generate real roofing, siding, storm restoration, and exterior replacement opportunities. No roof climbing. No estimating. No closing. No project management. You bring the opportunity. Apex handles the inspection, estimate, contract, production, collection, and completion. Pay $1,000 for each signed full roof or full siding project from your accepted lead. $1,500 for each signed roof + siding project, or any signed exterior replacement project over $35,000. $2,500 for each signed commercial, apartment, church, property-management, or multi-building project over $75,000. No cap. Payment is made when Apex receives the first deposit or first collected payment from the signed project. Examples 1 signed roof = $1,000 3 signed roofs = $3,000 1 roof + siding project = $1,500 1 large commercial/property project = $2,500+ What You Do Generate real project opportunities through door knocking, referrals, networking, local contacts, property owner outreach, or your own lead-generation methods.
