STV is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in our Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA office. This is an early‑career opportunity ideal for someone looking to grow within project controls, with exposure to scheduling, coordination, and document control functions. This is not a pure scheduling role. The position will support scheduling efforts while also taking on document control and project administration responsibilities, requiring strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams. Key Responsibilities Scheduling Support Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules under the guidance of senior project controls or scheduling staff Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and basic schedule reporting Assist with schedule deliverables using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools Participate in internal and external project meetings as needed, providing schedule-related support Document Control & Project Controls Support Support day-to-day document control activities, including logging, tracking, filing, and distributing project documents Maintain organized electronic filing systems in accordance with project and company standards Assist with tracking correspondence, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, schedules, and other project records Support project controls reporting and administrative tasks as needed Communication & Coordination Interface professionally with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and other project stakeholders Prepare basic written communications, logs, and reports with attention to detail and clarity Support coordination across disciplines to ensure project information is complete and current Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong verbal and written communication skills Some exposure to project scheduling concepts and tools (Primavera P6 familiarity preferred but not required) Willingness to perform document control and administrative project support duties Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Internship or entry-level experience in project controls, scheduling, construction management, or engineering support Basic understanding of CPM scheduling concepts Experience or interest in document control or project administration in an AEC or construction environment
Compensation Range:
