Full-Time About Glass Brothers Glass Brothers is a fast-growing window and glass commercial and residential service company focused on delivering high-quality inspections, exceptional customer service, and consistent results. We are looking for motivated, competitive, and dependable individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments and want a clear path for growth and advancement. This is not an entry-level "stand around and wait" sales role. We are looking for individuals who are hungry, coachable, and willing to put in the activity required to build a strong pipeline and maximize earnings. Position Overview As an Appointment Setter , your primary responsibility is generating opportunities through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods throughout the Greater Memphis area. Your role is to create qualified inspection appointments for our sales team while maintaining accurate activity tracking and delivering a professional customer experience. Success in this role comes down to four key metrics: Doors. Sets. Shows. Revenue. Compensation Structure $50 per completed inspection 3% commission on closed jobs Paid after install and collection $10 bonus per verified 5-star review Monthly goal of 8 verified 5-star reviews Performance Expectations

%+ set rate 70%+ show rate 20+ completed inspections per week Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door Generate qualified inspection appointments Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on our services Accurately log all activity and appointments in Spotio Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with the sales team Help maintain a strong company reputation through professionalism and customer service Generate positive customer reviews after completed inspections and projects Meet or exceed weekly activity and performance standards Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily Ability to handle rejection and stay positive Reliable transportation required Sales, canvassing, customer service, or roofing experience is a plus, but not required Must be coachable, dependable, and performance-driven Advancement Opportunities Glass Brothers offers a clear promotion track for high performers: 4 consecutive weeks at Tier 2 performance = promotion eligibility 2 consecutive weeks at Tier 3 performance = fast-track promotion opportunity Accountability & Culture We believe quality matters more than quantity.
