This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicating with patients over the phone, and staying highly organized. This full-time position is Monday through Friday and based at our Midtown location: 2004 Hayes Street, Nashville, TN. Responsibilities Answer high-volume incoming calls and return voicemails in a timely manner Schedule new and returning patient appointments for multiple providers Follow provider-specific scheduling protocols and scripts Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and medical records Coordinate with referring providers and hospitals to obtain required documentation (referrals, imaging, records, etc.) Ensure all patient information is complete prior to appointments Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and team members Benefits Medical (PPO & High Deductible Health Plan options) Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays Company-paid Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Apply today to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care! KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
