As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, turning those calls into scheduled, revenue-producing jobs and explaining services to customers. You'll also handle route optimization to keep our technicians' schedules full, take detailed notes on accounts, follow up on unsold estimates and open leads to keep the pipeline full and handle scheduling changes without letting the day fall apart. Responsibilities at a glance Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally and convert them into scheduled, revenue-producing jobs Handle route optimization and dispatching to keep technician schedules full and minimize gaps in the day Follow up on unsold estimates and open leads to keep the pipeline full Explain services to prospective and current customers Keep detailed and accurate notes on customer accounts in our CRM Handle scheduling changes quickly and efficiently to keep the day on track Communicate clearly with customers, technicians and management Upsell services when appropriate and earn commission on new revenue generated Provide a friendly, professional experience that reflects our company values Requirements This is an in-office, non-remote position Previous experience in pest control, wildlife removal, HVAC, plumbing or a similar home services or field service industry is a plus Experience in scheduling, dispatching or route optimization preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to control a conversation without sounding pushy Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Reliable transportation to and from the office Must pass a background check Benefits Competitive compensation plus performance incentives Opportunities to grow into senior CSR or office leadership roles Supportive, team-oriented work environment About Us Critter Wranglers is a locally owned business that has been providing top-notch pest and wildlife control services to residential and commercial customers in the Knoxville area for more than a decade.
