About Us Sparks Fitness Equipment sells and services commercial and residential fitness equipment from top brands. Known for quality equipment and strong customer service, the team works across sales, logistics, and service to keep projects moving and customers taken care of. Position Overview Hiring an Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across order management, logistics, and customer coordination. This is a full-time, in-person role with direct involvement in keeping orders organized, projects on track, and communication flowing between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Strong computer skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is a non-commission, hourly position with consistent base pay. Key Responsibilities Coordinate order processing including order entry, scheduling, and delivery logistics Manage communication with customers, vendors, and freight companies to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries Track orders from start to completion and proactively address delays or issues Support quoting, invoicing, and customer follow-up as needed Monitor inventory and product availability across systems Maintain accurate records in company software and spreadsheets Assist with project coordination across multiple jobs at once Help identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively Provide general support across operations and administrative functions Qualifications Strong computer skills, including Excel and general business software Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, in person) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Experience with order tracking, invoicing, inventory systems, or logistics preferred Project coordination or project management experience is a plus Comfortable working between office and warehouse settings What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Stable, full-time position Hands-on role with visibility across the business Opportunity for growth into higher-level operations roles Team-oriented environment with direct impact on daily operations
Pay:
$62,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
