Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping-Receiving Scheduler to coordinate and streamline our warehouse logistics operations. In this vital role, you will manage the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory control will drive efficiency across our organization. distribution network. Duties Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring all shipment documentation is accurate and complete Prepare and process shipping documents, including BOLs, COA, SDS, and product labeling Maintain organized records by processing, scanning, and filing shipping and receiving paperwork Update and manage schedule, inventory, and order tracking systems in SharePoint as directed Monitor and track railcar inventory with a high level of accuracy Ensure compliance with quality standards across processes, production, and documentation Collaborate with operations team members to support daily workflow and maintain a positive team environment Order and maintain necessary warehouse supplies Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Adobe) effectively Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff both verbally and in writing Develop and maintain knowledge of
