Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize computer skills to transcribe, file, and organize documents
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Assist with general office management duties, such as maintaining supplies and coordinating schedules
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors and phone calls
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant role preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
