Thursday-Sunday Approximately 25-30 hours per week Evening and weekend availability required About Us Camer African Market & Cuisine is a growing African grocery store and prepared food business serving the Dallas-Fort Worth community. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who enjoys staying active and takes pride in keeping a store clean, organized, and fully stocked. This is a physically active position and is ideal for someone who enjoys warehouse, grocery, restaurant prep, or meat department work. ResponsibilitiesMeat & Food Processing Cut and prepare meat and fish Package and label products Maintain food safety and cleanliness Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) Inventory & Freezer Operations Organize walk-in freezers Stock freezer display cases Receive deliveries Move and organize inventory Keep storage areas neat and organized Store Operations Stock grocery shelves Face products throughout the day Assist customers when needed Help maintain inventory counts Report low-stock items Cleaning & Maintenance Sweep and mop floors Break down cardboard boxes Remove trash Clean workstations and equipment Maintain a clean and organized store at all times Qualifications Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Comfortable working in a walk-in freezer Comfortable handling raw meat and fish Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Positive attitude Ability to work independently Willingness to learn Experience in any of the following is a plus: Grocery stores Meat markets Warehouses Restaurants Food production What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes initiative without being asked Notices what needs to be done Works with urgency Enjoys staying busy Takes pride in keeping things organized Wants to grow with a small business This is not a cashier-only position .
