We provide and service commercial laundry machines to multi-family properties so this position will be both at our office/warehouse and in the field. We have been family-owned and operated since 1967 and are looking to add a strong member to our team and family. Responsibilities Assist Operations Manager with daily task including but not limited to: taking service calls and submitting/dispatching technicians installation of card readers installation of laundry equipment going on site reviews at current accounts assisting with collections troubleshoot with customers over the phone unload trucks help manage warehouse space and cleanliness assist with rebuilding equipment to be put in the field any other tasks needed from Operations Manager Experience Experience with appliances requested but not required Experience with dispatching requested but not required Must be able to lift 200lb+ machines with dolly This position has room for growth and could lead to other opportunities at our company if the drive and work-ethic is there.
