This role helps supervise daily activity, maintains service standards, and supports team performance and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily supervision of front‑end and service operations, including checkstands, customer service desk, and related areas Support scheduling, coverage coordination, breaks, and task assignments for service team members Provide coaching and guidance to associates to reinforce customer service expectations and productivity standards Ensure compliance with company policies, cash‑handling procedures, and safety standards Assist with cash audits, till accountability, and resolution of register discrepancies Respond to customer questions, service issues, and escalated concerns in a professional manner Support training and onboarding of new service associates Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of service areas Assist store or department leadership with reports, operational tasks, and special projects Step into a lead role during peak periods or as assigned Qualifications Previous front‑end, customer service, or retail experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale knowledge Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry items within required limits Ability to work in a busy retail environment with constant customer interaction Core Competencies Customer service excellence Team support and leadership Organization and attention to detail Problem solving Time management and adaptability
Pay Transparency:
Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay
