We're looking for a dependable and motivated Summer Operations Assistant to support our team during the busy summer season. No prior experience is required. We're happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Greet visitors, customers, and delivery drivers professionally Support dispatch and office staff with administrative tasks Run parts to job sites in a company vehicle as needed Assist with inventory organization and receiving deliveries Help with special projects and general office support Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment Assist wherever needed during our busy summer season

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Part-time or full-time hours may be available depending on the candidate and business needs.
