• Description
• The Materials & Planning Analyst is a critical role responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing the endtoend flow of material through the manufacturing process.

This role goes beyond traditional materials planning by owning routing decisions, production sequencing, and machine assignment based on raw material characteristics, customer promise dates, and operational constraints. This position directly impacts ontime delivery, manufacturing efficiency, and yield performance by determining how, when, and where material is processed across the facility. Acting as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, the Analyst ensures production plans are both executable and optimized for business performance. The Analyst continuously evaluates production results, adjusts plans in real time, and drives improvements through better planning logic, system accuracy, and crossfunctional alignment.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
