Care Coordinator Location:
Visiting Angels of HEB (Hurst, Texas)
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:30
PM Pay:
$18 - $23 per hour (Starting pay dependent on experience) About this position: Visiting Angels of HEB is a dedicated, client-focused home care agency serving the greater Fort Worth and Tarrant County area. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Schduler/Care Coordinator to serve as the command center of our daily operations. You will be responsible for matching clients with the best caregivers, handling schedule changes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of care. You will be the primary liaison between our clients, their families, and our caregiving team, ensuring that every shift is perfectly matched and reliably covered.
Key Responsibilities Schedule Management :
Create, manage, and optimize caregiver schedules to meet client needs, ensuring perfect matches based on skill level and geographic location.
Real-Time Adjustments:
Swiftly handle last-minute call-outs, emergencies, or changing client needs to prevent missed shifts.
Communication Hub:
Act as the main point of contact for caregivers and clients; schedule updates, respond to inquiries, and build strong, empathetic, supportive relationships.
Administrative Support:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, verify shift times for payroll/billing, and support daily office operations.
What We're Looking For Experience:
1-2 years of proven scheduling or care coordination experience (Home Care or Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred).
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating scheduling platforms and internal databases.
Soft Skills:
Outstanding multitasking, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Empath y:
A warm, compassionate, and solution-focused approach when working with elderly and disabled clients.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
