Job Description
About the Role We are looking for motivated Phone Representatives to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position focused on outbound calling and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. If you are competitive, consistent, and enjoy being rewarded for your output, this role is built for you. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to warm and new leads Set qualified appointments for our sales agents Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system Follow up with prospects to improve show rates Work within a structured daily calling schedule Focus on both volume and quality of appointments set What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Comfortable on the phone and handling rejection Coachable and willing to improve daily Consistent attendance and reliability Goal-driven and performance-motivated mindset Prior call center or appointment setting experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Growth Base pay + performance-based incentives/bonuses Paid training provided Clear expectations and daily structure Opportunity for growth into higher responsibility roles based on performance What Success Looks Like Here Consistently booking qualified appointments Maintaining strong set-to-show performance Staying disciplined during dialing blocks Improving weekly output and efficiency Schedule Full-time positions available Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends depending on your setup) Structured phone blocks during the day Why Join Us This is not a passive job.
