Part of the Crader Distributing family of companies, BME operates out of McKinney, TX alongside its sister company, Crader Distributing Company. At CDC, a strong people-first culture has taken root over decades. Bringing that same culture to BME is a deliberate priority — and every role here is part of that effort. About the Role We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Operations — someone who can take ownership of the high-volume coordination and administrative work that keeps things moving. This role is the backbone of our McKinney facility's daily operations. Warehousing, logistics coordination, equipment servicing — it's all in play. The person needs to handle a lot of moving parts without dropping any of them, communicate clearly across teams, and genuinely know how a distribution operation works. Not someone who's read about it — someone who's done it. They will work across departments — warehouse, accounting, HR, sales, and IT — not as the decision-maker, but as the person who ensures decisions get executed and nothing falls through the cracks.
