Job Description

Overview The Operations Tech provides critical administrative and data support to field operations by accurately entering, tracking, and maintaining operational data across multiple systems. This role supports production, maintenance, drilling, and completion activities while ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and timely coordination with internal teams and partners. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintenance in multiple systems including SharePoint, Excel, Siteview, Wellview, TOW, Geoforce, eVIN, XSPOC, Ops Info, Vworks, Databasin, Oracle, PLEX, PASS, Power BI, HSE applications, and other operational databases. Track and monitor production, workover, compression, maintenance, drilling, completion, and flowback data. Prepare and submit partner reports as required. Code and stamp invoices and field tickets in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate and order new lease and well signage as needed. Maintain organized and up-to-date paper well files on site. Create basic presentations for meetings when required. Scribe, document, and organize meetings for workgroups, subcommittees, and focus groups. Assist with training and provide technical or system support as needed. Support supervisors and management with special projects and administrative tasks. Provide backup support for other Operations Technicians when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent certification required; Associate's degree preferred. College degree may be considered in lieu of direct experience. Prior oil and gas database experience required. Working knowledge of Peloton products (Wellview and Siteview) preferred. Experience with Oracle, Databasin, TOW, and Spotfire preferred. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, agility and fit for duty.
