Business Operations Specialist (Job Site- Pasadena, TX), Oversee daily operations across SQC's electrical & construction divisions to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with company standards; assist in developing & implementing strategic initiatives to improve workflow, reduce costs, & maximize project profitability; monitor financial data, track project budgets, & recommend cost-saving solutions to improve profitability; coordinate & optimize communication between departments, contractors, and executive leadership, streamlining project execution; conduct performance evaluations of staff and contractors, providing feedback to enhance productivity & job satisfaction; manage procurement processes, ensuring materials are ordered, delivered, & utilized efficiently for each project; oversee compliance with safety regulations, municipal & state permits, & ethical business practices; analyze & improve operational policies, procedures, & scheduling software to enhance project tracking & reporting.
