About us Sienna Reign Cheer and Athletics is a small business in Rosharon, TX. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Sienna Reign is a youth competitive cheerleading program , offering top-tier training for athletes aged 3-17 to reach their full potential and become champions. The program aims to nurture future leaders and instill the philosophy that everyone is "Born to Reign."
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Front Desk Administrative and Operations Assistant to join our cheer and tumbling Program to work evenings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the gym. This position involves interacting with gym members, managing schedules, handling inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the cheer and tumbling gym.
Responsibilities:
1. Warmly greet and assist gym members, parents, and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude. 2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries related to cheer and tumbling programs. 3. Schedule classes, private lessons, and special events using gym management software. 4. Process payments for classes, memberships, merchandise, and other services accurately and efficiently. 5. Keep the front desk area and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests. 6. Assist in coordinating and organizing cheer and tumbling events, showcases, and competitions. 7. Support coaches and staff with administrative tasks, such as preparing paperwork, organizing schedules, and maintaining equipment inventory. 8. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, gym policies, and industry regulations. 9. Assist with marketing initiatives to promote gym programs and attract new members. 10. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 2. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations, preferably in a sports or fitness environment. 3. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. 4. Proficiency in using computers and gym management software. 5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. 6. Passion for cheerleading, tumbling, or gymnastics is desirable. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support gym operations and events.

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
