    San Antonio, TX We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Pediatric Home Health Scheduler
  • Recruiter to join our team in San Antonio.
This dual-role position combines scheduling, recruitment, and marketing responsibilities to support our pediatric home health services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive liaison between patients, families, clinicians, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and staffing of home health care services. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage scheduling of pediatric home health visits, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of clinicians. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and internal departments to facilitate communication and resolve scheduling conflicts. Recruit qualified pediatric home health professionals by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote home health services within the community. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from patients and families promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of schedules, recruitment activities, and candidate information in compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize staffing levels and improve patient care delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in scheduling, preferably within home health or pediatric healthcare settings. Strong recruitment skills with the ability to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as an effective liaison among multiple stakeholders. Marketing experience to support recruitment efforts and promote home health services. Exceptional customer service orientation with a compassionate approach to patient and family interactions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with home health regulations and best practices is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/recruitment software. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in home health, pediatric care, scheduling, or recruitment strongly preferred.
