Maintenance Scheduler pay- $28/hr loc- 961 State Highway 95 N, NA, Texas, 77984-5883, United States Job Description Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities using a CMMS to ensure timely and accurate execution of work orders and preventive maintenance. Manage and prioritize work orders, clarifying requests and aligning tasks with department standards and timelines. Organize and maintain inventory by ordering parts, labeling components, and managing the tool crib for easy technician access. Conduct field walks to verify job scope, audit work requirements, and support maintenance planning. Generate reports, maintain accurate records, and troubleshoot CMMS issues to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with maintenance leadership to support scheduling, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency. Why Work Here?
