We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed production schedules that ensure efficient workflow and meet customer delivery timelines. The Scheduler will collaborate with production, materials, and logistics teams to balance capacity, resources, and demand while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. What You'll Do Create and manage daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules based on demand forecasts, order priorities, and inventory levels. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to respond to delays, equipment issues, or material shortages. Collaborate with planners, procurement, and shop floor supervisors to ensure material and labor availability aligns with the production plan. Communicate scheduling changes and priorities clearly to all relevant departments. Identify scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve workflow. Maintain accurate records of production schedules and related changes in ERP/MRP systems. Generate and distribute production reports and metrics for management review. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow optimization. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills. What We Value Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and just-in-time (JIT) scheduling. Familiarity with Gantt charts, capacity planning tools, and production KPIs.
