In Summary, we aim to offer our buyers the best quality dogs and sellers an amazing and larger audience Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Auction Operations Coordinator with experience in the Canine Marketplace to support the day-to-day administration and execution of our canine auction events. This role serves as a key operational link between consignors, buyers, auction staff, and internal teams to help ensure listings, documentation, auction schedules, and transaction workflows are completed accurately and on time. Our marketplace supports online dog auctions, seller consignments, veterinary documentation requirements, and digital bidding activities throughout the year. Stable full-time position with a consistent workflow structure. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of scheduled online auction events. Maintain auction calendars, listing schedules, and operational timelines. Coordinate pre-auction, live auction, and post-auction administrative activities. Review incoming consignment submissions for completeness and accuracy. Assist with organizing seller documentation, animal information, and supporting records. Verify receipt of required records and supporting documentation. Maintain organized digital filing systems and auction records. Coordinate communication related to auction timelines, listing updates, and transaction processes. Monitor auction workflows and escalate issues when appropriate. Maintain accurate operational records and transaction data. Assist leadership with process improvement initiatives and workflow organization. Requirements Proficiency in data collection, analysis skills, and tools such as Tableau. High school diploma or
