Real training. A clear path from setting appointments to closing them. Advanced Windows is hiring in the Salt Lake City region. This is a contract role with uncapped commissions, built for people who want their income tied to their effort.

THE JOB IN PLAIN TERMS

You'll work in pre qualified residential neighborhoods, talk with homeowners, and book appointments for our window specialists.

You own the first conversation:

find out whether a homeowner's windows are due for replacement, then set a qualified appointment.

A typical day:

Canvass a neighborhood in your territory Talk with homeowners about their windows Set qualified appointments for our closers Get coaching and feedback from experienced leaders Canvassing happens when homeowners are home, which usually means afternoons and evenings. As a contractor you set your own schedule, and the setters who hit their targets put in full-time hours. PAY Uncapped commissions Paid weekly New setters commonly target $6,000 to $10,000 a month in commission. Your earnings depend entirely on your production. Market incentives and company competitions add to what you earn

TRAINING

No sales experience needed. New setters shadow experienced reps in the field, practice the pitch with coaching, and join a weekly session for new reps. Leaders in your market stay available as you build confidence.
