Direct Hire About the Opportunity Well-established construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects and regional portfolio scheduling efforts. This role is ideal for a scheduling professional who enjoys focusing on project controls, planning, and schedule management rather than full day-to-day project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical scheduling expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop, organize, and maintain detailed project schedules for projects valued at $100M+ Support project teams with schedule creation, sequencing, resource loading, and schedule maintenance Review and analyze project schedule updates to ensure accuracy and consistency Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts while recommending mitigation strategies Support preconstruction efforts and proposal schedule development Collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams to align schedules with project execution plans Assist with portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, and milestone tracking Ensure schedules align with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices Participate in internal and client-facing meetings as needed Qualifications 6+ years of construction scheduling, project controls, or related experience required Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical construction projects preferred Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodology Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, Procore, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling platforms Experience developing and managing complex project schedules Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute for degree) Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
