Job Description

Behind every shipment, production schedule, inventory transaction, and customer order is a world-class information system built and maintained by our Information Team. Our Information Team keeps the business running. They develop and manage the systems, processes, and data that keep our operation running smoothly across multiple facilities. As Green Forest continues to grow, we are looking for another talented team member to help us strengthen the systems that support our business. Position Overview •In-Person position, no remote applicants will be considered•The Operation Systems Coordinator will join Green Forest's Information Team and work closely with our Inventory & Project Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer & Facilities Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Data Analyst to learn and support the systems that drive our operation. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, learning about kitchen layouts, learning business systems, and understanding how information flows through a manufacturing environment. While the majority of the role is office-based, the ideal candidate will also be comfortable spending time in our manufacturing and warehouse facilities to verify inventory, understand processes firsthand, and lead improvement projects. What You'll Do Spend time in both office and operational environments to understand business processes firsthand Learn and become proficient in Green Forest's proprietary Inventory Management system (TVA) Help maintain accurate inventory and ensure our systems reflect what's happening on the production floor Perform inventory audits and physical counts as needed Support warehouse and manufacturing projects related to process improvement Track down and resolve issues when inventory, production, or purchasing information Assist with project takeoffs, shop drawings, packets, and operational documentation Help develop and refine processes within Green Forest's information systems Lead and support special projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow is valued above all qualifications Naturally organized and dependable with strong attention to details Excellent problem-solving skills Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets Ability to communicate effectively with team members across multiple departments Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills are a strong plus Comfortable working in both office and warehouse/manufacturing environments Experience with information systems or inventory systems Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience Why Green Forest Cabinetry?
