About the Role We're hiring a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Transaction Coordinator to oversee daily office operations while managing real estate transactions from contract to close. This is a key support role that ensures both the office and our deals stay on track, organized, and executed efficiently. What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks Manage transactions from contract to close (inspections, escrow, title, timelines) Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, and vendors Assist with payroll, budgeting support, and expense tracking Maintain organized filing systems and CRM accuracy Manage office supplies and vendor relationships Support onboarding and general team coordination Business Support & Execution Act as the central hub between acquisitions, sales, and admin Manage vendors, contractors, and third-party partners Support leadership in executing key initiatives Help scale operations as the company grows What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, dependable, and takes ownership of responsibilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with CRM systems and office software Requirements 2+ years in real estate transaction coordination, operations, or similar Strong understanding of real estate processes (contracts, escrow, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy (CRM experience required) Ability to work in-person in
