We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate care for our growing home care agency. What You'll Do Coordinate and manage schedules for caregivers and clients Ensure all shifts are filled quickly and efficiently Communicate clearly with staff, clients, and families Handle last-minute changes and solve scheduling challenges Maintain accurate records and scheduling systems Support daily office operations and assist with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced (and sometimes stressful) environment Passion for improving the quality of life for seniors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior scheduling or administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling software Strong computer and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule & Requirements Full-time, Monday-Friday Rotating on-call required Why Join Us?
