Looking for a Career Where Your Results Matter? We are searching for driven individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners, generate interest in solar solutions, and help create opportunities for our Solar Consultants. No prior solar experience is required. We provide hands-on training, direct mentorship, and ongoing support for individuals who are willing to work hard, stay coachable, and improve consistently.

What You'll Do:

Connect with homeowners and introduce residential solar solutions. Generate interest and identify qualified opportunities. Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants. Track daily activity and work toward weekly and monthly goals. Train alongside experienced team members and leadership in the field.

Compensation:

First 90

Days:

$5,000 - $8,000 per month

Consistent Performers:

$6,500 - $10,000+ per month

Top Earners:

$100,000+ annually
