Due to our high demand, we are finding the need to create a new leadership role This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys creating structure from chaos, solving problems, improving systems, supporting people, and helping a team operate at a high level. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, adaptable, listens wells, and confident stepping into both leadership and support roles as needed. About The Role This role will work closely with company leadership to help support the growth, communication, organization, accountability, onboarding, and operational systems of our company. You will help create an organized and supportive experience for employees while also helping maintain the structure, consistency, and follow-through needed to keep a growing company operating smoothly. Everyone on our leadership team must understand the field and be willing to help where needed. Main Responsibilities Hiring & Employee Development 7:00am or 8:30am daily start time, varies seasonally Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees Guide new hires through onboarding and training processes Help set employees up for long-term success within the company Conduct exit interviews and help improve systems through employee feedback Coach employees through performance challenges and workplace concerns Work with leadership to address employee complaints and difficult situations professionally Accountability & Documentation Use company documentation systems to: Track employee performance Give warnings Conduct evaluations Support accountability and follow-through Maintain organized, detailed, and professional documentation Help leadership maintain consistency across team processes and expectations SOPs, Systems & Training Continuously update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Help improve company systems, workflows, documentation, and training manuals as the company grows Create and organize operational processes that support efficiency, consistency, and communication Help coordinate communication across multiple Slack channels Scheduling & Operations Coordinate scheduling and operational organization throughout the day Work collaboratively with office leadership to support schedule management and daily adjustments Leadership & Team Coordination Lead meetings and support accountability systems Work collaboratively with the leadership team to solve operational and employee-related challenges Help maintain a positive, professional, growth-oriented company culture Support communication between office leadership and field teams Success in This Role Looks Like New hires feel welcomed, supported, and organized Problems are followed through to completion Documentation and systems remain accurate and updated Employees feel both supported and accountable Communication between office and field teams stays clear and proactive Leadership can rely on you to help keep operations moving forward SOPs and training systems continue improving as the company grows What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to balance people leadership with operational excellence Organized and highly detail-oriented Strong follow-through and accountability Professional and approachable Collaborative and solutions-oriented Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once Growth mindset and adaptability Customer service-oriented attitude Calm under pressure and able to problem solve quickly You'll Thrive Here If You… Naturally take initiative Enjoy helping people grow and succeed Like improving systems and creating structure Communicate proactively and clearly Follow tasks through without needing constant reminders Work well with both leadership and field teams Can adapt quickly in a growing company Want to help build something meaningful long term Compensation & Growth Opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses Growth incentives Leadership advancement opportunities Opportunity to help shape and grow a developing leadership role within the company Important Notes This position requires in-office work in Richmond, VA Some responsibilities may occasionally be coordinated virtually Everyone in leadership must be willing to understand and support field operations when needed Experience in cleaning operations is helpful, but willingness to learn is essential Some weekend support may occasionally be required Join Our Team We are intentionally building a company focused on strong communication, teamwork, accountability, leadership development, and long-term growth for both our employees and our clients.
