Front-End Operations Coordinator (Customer Intake / Scheduling / Growth Opportunity) Robbins & Company

  • 28 per hour + Excellent Benefits Full-Time | In Office | Monday-Friday Robbins & Company is a long-established Puget Sound foundation repair contractor seeking a dependable, organized, customer-friendly team member to help run the front end of our office operations.
This role is responsible for customer intake, scheduling evaluations, tracking progress, and helping ensure customers move smoothly through our system from first call to completed project. This is an important long-term position for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping things on track. Compensation & Benefits $25
  • 28 per hour 100% employer-paid medical coverage (no employee deduction) 100% employer-paid dental coverage (no employee deduction) Paid holidays Paid vacation / paid time off Life insurance Simple IRA with company match Stable long-term position with growth potential What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy Gather customer information and schedule evaluations Manage calendars and avoid scheduling conflicts Return missed calls, texts, voicemails, and web inquiries Communicate with customers, sales staff, and office team Track appointments, proposals, and project progress Help identify stalled items or missed follow-up Prepare simple weekly reports and updates Help keep daily office operations organized What We're Looking For Clear, professional phone voice Friendly, calm, helpful attitude Strong spoken and written English Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning software systems Able to multitask in a busy office Stable work history Looking for long-term employment Reliable commute to Burien (close proximity preferred) Helpful Backgrounds Dispatcher / scheduling coordinator HVAC / plumbing / electrical office scheduling Construction office coordination Customer service in a phone-heavy role Inside sales, customer consultations, or sales support experience CRM / database / office systems experience Growth Opportunity For the right long-term team member, this role may grow into additional responsibilities over time based on performance, leadership ability, and company needs.
