- Overview
- SOSi is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a 24/7/365 program, who will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing logistics, coordinating projects, and supporting various administrative tasks.
- Key Responsibilities

Logistics Management:
Oversee the logistics strategy, ensuring that staffing, organization, and supply procedures are in place to support operations +Project Coordination:
Manage and track projects, ensuring that timelines and specifications are met while acting as a liaison with clients +Administrative Support:
Assist with daily business activities, including organizing company events, arranging employee training, and managing budgets +Team Management:
Supervise and support team members, ensuring that operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively +Communication:
Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure that all operations run smoothly and any issues are resolved promptly- Qualifications
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- + 1-2 years of related job experience + Fluent in English and Spanish + Must be a US Citizen + Must have lived in the US for 3 out the past 5 years + Basic data entry skills + Ability to pass an SSBI government background investigation + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Solid problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational issues efficiently

- + In-person and on-site + Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary + Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure + Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment + Must be able to work any assigned shift
