Total Comfort Solutions is a locally trusted HVAC and Plumbing company seeking a reliable, motivated Seasonal Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our office and field teams during our busy summer season. This is a great opportunity for a college student home for summer or anyone looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced, essential services environment.

What You'll Do:

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting with dispatch coordination and customer service Supporting rebate and warranty processing Support field teams by driving to vendors and job sites to retrieve and deliver parts Performing general office and administrative tasks Helping the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly

What You'll Bring:

Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using basic office software and phones Dependable, flexible, and willing to pitch in where needed Great role for a College Student or anyone seeking a seasonal role for extra income!
