Nursing Scheduler Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Previous scheduling experience in assisted living, healthcare, or a medical office setting preferred Resident care experience preferred Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems and applications CBRF, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire) What you'll do as a

Nursing Scheduler:

Coordinate, maintain, and post nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage Manage staffing changes, including PTO requests, call-ins, and agency staffing as needed Process payroll and review/approve timekeeping records and invoices Utilize and maintain scheduling software; serve as liaison with system vendors Support onboarding and training of staff on scheduling systems, attendance, and payroll processes Communicate staffing needs and provide administrative support to nursing leadership
