Job Description

Job Responsibilities Maintains and organizes operational and manufacturing records, for example, production logs, inventory reports, or shipping documents. Prepares and processes paperwork related to department. For example, if supporting
Shipping:
work orders, purchase orders, and material requisitions. Assists with data entry and updating internal systems. Coordinates with production supervisors and staff to ensure timely documentation of manufacturing activities. Supports compliance efforts by ensuring documentation meets internal and external regulatory standards. Generates routine reports for operations management, including productivity metrics and inventory summaries. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Skills Requirements Solid attention to detail and organizational skills. Good time management skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Experience Requirements Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
